DentoBlaze has a help center built in, in your language. Here's how to find it, a quick guide to every screen, and a person one email away.
Help inside the app, in your language
Open Help at the bottom right of any screen for short guides to every screen and job, common questions and a product tour. Search in English, हिन्दी or ગુજરાતી, even typed in English letters ("emi kaise banaye"). The i next to a screen's title opens that screen's guide, Ctrl K searches everything, and ? shows keyboard shortcuts.
Dashboard
Today at a glance: appointments, money collected, unpaid bills, recalls, inquiries, lab work and low stock.
- Click any card or list to open it.
- Press N to book, B for a new bill, P for a new patient.
- Numbers refresh on their own every minute.
Appointments
The clinic calendar for every doctor. Breaks and closed hours are shaded.
- Click a free time to book; drag a visit to move it.
- Click a visit to mark it arrived or done, or open its case sheet.
- T for today, ← and → to move, D for day view, W for week view.
Patients
Every patient, found by name, mobile number or patient number (P-1042).
- Filters show who has a pending payment or pending treatment.
- Open a patient for visits, case sheets, tooth chart, prescriptions, bills and files.
- Press P anywhere to add a patient.
Billing
Bills, payments and EMIs. Day-end is the day's collection report by cash, UPI and card.
- Open a bill to take a payment, share a UPI link or split it into EMIs.
- The EMIs tab lists instalments due and overdue.
- Press B anywhere for a new bill.
Inquiries
People who called, messaged or walked in but haven't booked yet.
- Log each call or WhatsApp and set the next follow-up date.
- Book turns an inquiry into a patient with a first appointment.
- Follow-ups due today show first.
Camps
Plan check-up camps at schools, societies and offices: checklist, team, budget and invitations.
- Register people at the camp; each becomes an inquiry to follow up.
- Report compares camps by people seen, booked and cost.
Lab work
Crowns, bridges, dentures and aligners sent to labs, from sending to fitting.
- Move an order along: to send → at the lab → received → fitted.
- Late orders are flagged in red, with the lab's number to call.
Inventory
Stock of medicines, materials and consumables.
- Stock in from a vendor bill, stock out as you use.
- Low, expiring and expired items are flagged at the top.
- History shows every movement and who made it.
Analytics
Revenue, collections, treatments and doctors over time. Owners only.
- Switch between day and month.
- Export CSV for your accountant.
Settings
Clinic profile and logo, timings, team, prescriptions, treatments, WhatsApp and online booking.
- Owners can change settings; others can view them.
- Search (Ctrl+K) jumps straight to any setting.
Import & export
Bring patients, visits and dues in from Excel or old software, or export everything. Owners only.
- Match your columns, check the rows, then import.
- The latest import can be undone.
