Can several doctors share the calendar?
Yes. Each doctor gets a column and a colour. Hide the ones you don't need, or see everyone side by side in day or week view.
Can I set clinic timings and breaks?
Yes. Clinic hours, lunch and each doctor's breaks are set in Settings and drawn on the calendar. Bookings outside hours are flagged, not blocked.
Do patients get reminders?
Reminder messages are prepared for each appointment and wait in the day's list, ready to send from your WhatsApp in a tap. Automatic sending from the clinic's WhatsApp Business number is coming soon.
Can patients book themselves?
Yes, with online booking: your own page where patients pick a doctor, a treatment and a free time. Those bookings appear on the calendar marked Online.
