The problem
Handwriting is not a medical record.
- 01
Prescriptions that miss details
Registration number, council, qualifications, the patient's age. Easy to forget on a pad, and now required on every prescription.
- 02
The same Rx, written fifty times
Post-RCT, post-extraction, scaling. You write the same three medicines all week.
- 03
Plans that live in your head
RCT, then a crown, then the next tooth. Without a written plan, patients drift away between sittings.
How DentoBlaze solves it
One visit screen for the clinical work.
A case sheet that writes quickly
Chief complaint with one-tap chips, history, findings on the FDI chart, investigations like IOPA, diagnosis and notes. Medical history alerts stay on screen.
- Doctors and the owner write it; Ctrl+S saves
- Findings come from the chart, not retyped
- Each visit keeps its own case sheet

Staged treatment plans and estimates
Add treatments and teeth, or press “Plan from findings”. Split work into stages, apply a discount, print the estimate or send it as a PDF on WhatsApp.
- Your clinic's charges fill in; a doctor can change them per patient
- Book the next sitting from the plan
- Bill the selected treatments in one click

Prescriptions in NDC format
Search a medicine and its dose, days and timing fill in. DentoBlaze checks the details the National Dental Commission format needs and tells you what's missing before you print.
- Registered name, council and registration number, qualifications, signature
- Full clinic address, PIN and an emergency number
- Save sets you use often as templates; print on A4 or share the PDF

What does the NDC format require?
The prescribing doctor's name as registered, the State Dental Council and registration number, qualifications, specialty and signature, the clinic's full address with PIN and an emergency number, and the patient's name, age and gender. DentoBlaze won't print until these are filled in.
Where do I add my registration and signature?
In Settings → Prescriptions, once per doctor. They print on every prescription that doctor writes.
Can I reuse prescriptions?
Yes. Save any prescription as a template and pick it next time; you can still change the doses.
See it on your own clinic's data.
