When 36 goes from caries to RCT to crown, a paper chart keeps only the latest scribble, if anyone can read it.

Does it use FDI numbering?
Yes, FDI two-digit numbering throughout: 11 to 48 for permanent teeth and 51 to 85 for primary teeth. Palmer and Universal numbering aren't offered.
Can I chart children and mixed dentition?
Yes. The chart opens as adult, child or mixed based on the patient's age (under 6, 6 to 12, over 12), and you can switch it for any visit.
Can I chart on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Tap a tooth to mark it, and long-press to pick several. It's the same chart on every screen size.
What if I mark the wrong tooth?
Mark it again with the right condition, or as healthy. The chart shows the latest finding, and the history keeps every earlier mark with its date and doctor.
